Jr Lancers Fall Cheerleading

You got SPIRIT? Well, we want to hear it! Register with the Junior Lancers Cheerleading program for a fun & rewarding experience. The season starts in July and ends in November with a JAMZ event. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Please check our financial assistance page for more details.

Registration Information

Registration will consist of 4 steps:

• Parent/Guardian Registration
• Player Registration
• Supplemental Questions
• Instructions For Payment (The total cost of enrollment includes a refundable $100 volunteer deposit and refundable $100 uniform deposit)

Season Information

Cheerleaders will participate in an 8 game football season with home and away games, as well as a start of season Jamboree event, and the potential for games in the playoffs. Junior Lancers training camps begin in May and our regular practice schedule begins in July.

Practice will be conducted three days a week on Tuesday through Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, with the possibility of adjustments for coaching work schedules. Practice will be held at the Mills Middle School Track & Field. 

Player Information

Cheerleaders must be registered to be given uniforms and allowed to cheer on a squad.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers that require registration are:

• Assistant Coach
• Coach
• Team Parent
• Board Member 

Volunteers will get apparel, as well as a badge that shows their title. Volunteers must register and submit to a background check.  All positions must be interviewed prior to enrollment. If you are interested in interviewing for a position please email president@rcjrlancers.org.

Ready for some football? Register with the Rancho Cordova Jr Lancers Fall Football Program! The official season begins in July and ends in November depending on playoff success. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Please check our financial assistance page for more details.

Season Information

Players will be able to participate in a minimum 8 game season with home and away games.  Junior Lancers Free Community training camps are starting in April at Mills Middle School.

Practice will be conducted four to five days a week from 6pm to 8pm at Mills Middle School. When the season begins, film review typically occurs on Mondays at Cordova High School.

Player Information

Players must be registered and have enrollment paid to be given equipment and allowed to play on a team.

Mascot Football (for 5 & 6 yr olds as of 6.15.26) - Fall 2026

Mascot Football

Ready for some football? Do you have a kiddo that will be 5 or 6 before June 15th, 2026? Let's teach them the fundamentals and get them learning. Register with the Rancho Cordova Jr Lancers Fall Football Program! The official season begins in July and ends in October for Mascot Football.

What is Mascot Football??  Mascot football is a program set up to teach our youngest athletes the fundamentals of the sport, integrate them into a team setting, and prepare them for future seasons of tackle football. This squad is being set up on a trial run for the 2026 season. Mascot players will get gear to utilize during practices, a jersey, end of season events, and practice time with the team. They will not be playing live games on Saturdays due to safety concerns. This is a practice and learning team only.
