Being a Junior Lancer means dedication towards being the best player and person you can be. It means picking yourself and others up, identifying weaknesses in ourselves that we can work on, and striving to make those around us encouraged by our attitudes and actions. Our teams strive for excellence both on the field and off. Creating not just players, but better men and women who will leave our program with the knowledge of what it means to live with purpose.

By holding our players accountable to their actions, we can show them what it means to play with principles, pride, and compassion. We expect hard work and effort from our participants, and we provide them with positive reinforcement and encouragement to help nurture the seeds that we are planting within them. We've seen champions, and we've learned hard lessons, but our reward is seeing the quality of the young men and women that see our program through. GO BIG RED!
