RCAA Financial Assistance

1. Information below must be completed by a parent or guardian.
2. Fee support it available to multiple players within the same family. Please fill out a separate application for each player.
3. You will be contacted within 5-10 business days upon submitting application to inform you of your financial assistance determination.
4. If qualified you will get a code for your player's enrollment process, this will reduce your enrollment fees up to 75% depending on your need
5. During your enrollment process you'll be asked for income and residency documentation, you must submit your documentation at that time.

Please note that until you've uploaded your supporting income and residency documentation that your enrollment is considered incomplete. Supporting documentation is collected during the enrollment process, and not on this form. This form is verified with the RCAA, but isn't complete until they have supporting documentation. Failure to upload documentation will result in your enrollment funds being returned, and a processing fee of $50 to cover the cost of the merchandise ordered for the player.
